Summer Programme

1. SWIM SUMMER CAMP

Different from our traditional Summer Camp(which runs for two weeks in July) this camp is focused on improving swimming technique. Running for 1hr daily, there will be a focus on individual strokes/techniques on a given day. Results will be realised by the weeks end!

2. STROKE CLINIC

Our stroke clinic is more suited to seasoned swimmers, ideally, you should be able to swim 2 lengths in a front-stroke and back-crawl in order to participate comfortably. And just as in a gym they would have a single focus on a given day, so too will we. Check out the image below to see each day focus points. Guaranteed results from this clinic which allows you the time to build on any weak points in your swimming technique.

  • July 9th
  • 11:45am – 12:45
